Jon Teal and his partners combine over 70 years of industry knowledge with the global resources of Polaris Private Wealth to provide a full range of wealth management services to their valued clients. Over his 20 years as a Wealth Management Advisor, Jon has provided customized, long term solutions for client success in achieving their goals. His experience includes many areas of investing; but are not limited to equity strategies, fixed income, initial public offerings, market linked investments, options and annuities.
Since 2003, Jon has been assisting families and business owners with wealth planning needs. He also earned his CPWA® Certified Private Wealth Advisor designation in 2018.
Jon received his degree in Finance at Oakland University, and his masters degree at Wayne State University. Jon taught Math at Birmingham Groves High School, as well as coaching the mens and women's swimming teams. He also served as assistant swimming coach at Oakland University, working with the renowned head coach Pete Hovland.
Jon was a 21 time All-American and a 9 time National Champion swimmer at Oakland University. He was inducted into Oakland University’s Hall of Honor in 2008. Jon and his family; Jessica, Harrison and their 2 dogs, Hank and Chip live in Commerce, MI.
